At 29, Sangeeta (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dsangeeta/) was at the end of her rope, about to quit a STEM career she loved because she couldn't navigate the roadblocks that were being thrown in front of her — as a woman, as an immigrant, as a person of color. She has mentored other STEM women, but could only help one woman at a time.
