He most recently has worked with clients including Intel, UNIQA, Analog Devices, IMCA, CUNA, CloudFactory, The Atlanta Opera, Zoox, and LexisNexis. Andy is also a frequent guest speaker and lecturer both for companies and business schools. Andy has published widely, including as co-author of ‘Three Disciplines of Innovation’ in the California Management Review (named Best Article 2020), 'Ambidextrous CEO' in the Harvard Business Review, the 'Art of Strategic Renewal' in the MIT Sloan Management Review and a book chapter on 'Getting Started with Ambidexterity'. He is an Executive Fellow in the Center for Future Organization at the Drucker School of Management.
