Description

In this HCI Podcast episode, Dr. Jonathan H. Westover (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonathanhwestover/) talks with Gordon Simpson about DHLs  talent investments last year, as well as the changes he foresees in the logistics human resources strategy for 2021 and 2022. As the COVID-19 virus continues to change and shape industries globally, human resources teams have had to adapt and create strategies to retain and stimulate employees who are now working from home. This technological shift has particularly affected the logistics sector, which prior to the pandemic relied on in-person operations to carry out day-to-day tasks.
