Michelle Yu (https://www.linkedin.com/in/michellekyu/) is a former HR executive turned Coach, Trainer and Human Capital Consultant. After spending a decade working in Technology, VC/PE firms in various HR capacities, Michelle is that blend of “people” and “business”: she knows what makes people work well in business and how businesses can better serve their people. She coaches ambitious high achievers to move past overwhelm, burnout, and stagnation, so they can move forward, excel and thrive in Career and Business. Through her own professional journey, Michelle understands the importance of mental health and holistic wellness, and why it plays an integral part in maximizing performance and accessing one’s fullest potential. Prior to opening up her own practice, she worked at various sized organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including companies like LivingSocial, Google and SoftBank. In her career working in fast paced, intense and global environments, she launched offices and supported international HR operations across APAC, EMEA and LATAM. Michelle holds a Bachelors in International Studies from UC Irvine, and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
