There’s really only so many people that you could have solid relationships with. And so, if you need to add a new supplier, there’s nobody else on the planet that can do it, fine. But, if you can avoid adding a new supplier, then your relationships do become more impactful.” Nathan: People is how business is done “Relationships matter because we are humans. Data is computers and robots and systems.
