Description
As if all of the work on your plate wasn't enough.... now two of your team members are in a conflict and now you have to deal with it. It's tough and it can trigger those Sunday Scaries, or let's face it, everyday scaries.
But the key here isn't to avoid it, it's to reframe it ;)
In this episode, I share three strategies for supporting your team members through a conflict:- Helping them establish a common ground- Not taking sides- Holding them accountable to having a plan for how to move forwardThe goal of these three actions is to diffuse tensions, support both people in the equation, and keep the work moving forward. Give them a try!
