In this episode of the Smarter Not Harder podcast, we are joined by Dr. Anna Lembke who educates us on meth pipe, opioids, and answered the question: how can a person get addicted to pain?   Doctor Anna Lembke is a professor and the medical director of Addiction Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine, and a New York Times Best Selling author. She received her undergraduate degree in humanities from Yale University and her medical degree from Stanford University.    Dr. Lembke is a diplomat for both the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and the American Board of Addiction Medicine. She is also a specialist in the opioid epidemic of the United States.
