Description

In this episode of the Smarter Not Harder Podcast, our guest Dr. Mark Gordon joins our host Dr. Scott Sherr to give one-cent solutions to life’s $64,000 questions that include:   How can stress and cortisol levels lead to inflammation and brain injury? Why is vitamin D crucial for the immune system and testosterone production?
