The evidence is conclusive of the benefits of vitamin D for your entire body, and not just for bones. In today’s episode, Dr. Martin shares the 4 ways our bodies produce vitamin D. He also explains how vitamin D is absorbed in our intestines and makes its way to every part of our bodies. During the summer months, it’s so important to get out into the sun. If you can’t, you need to supplement. Same with food. You should be eating your vitamins, but for many of us we need to supplement.
