On this episode of the podcast we dive into “leader positivity.” Leader positivity is a mindset and a way of behaving and approaching things that is characterized by four attributes. The four attributes that comprise leader positivity are efficacy, optimism, hope and resiliency. We first define leader positivity, then we break down each attribute. For each attribute we describe specific methods that you can use to develop them.
