Description
On today's podcast, we have the privilege of speaking with Jason Azevedo, a true entrepreneur at heart. Jason's story begins at just fifteen years old when he started his first manufacturing company with only $600. While also being a nationally-ranked wrestler, Jason studied business and even hand-built most of the early robotic manufacturing machinery used by his business.Despite scaling his companies rapidly, Jason never lost sight of what was important. At just nineteen years old, he founded one of the first large Breast Cancer charities, "Goals for a Cure." He has since worked with several prominent causes, including a nationally-recognized non-profit group with cash reserves in the millions, and successfully pulled one of the top five Christmas events in the country out of bankruptcy.Jason now leads over 2000 employees and runs multiple companies offering clients a wide range of industrial manufacturing services. He has won multiple international product awards and works closely with chemical companies in developing safer, more environmentally-friendly industrial processes. In addition, Jason has moved or rearranged the majority of his production facilities from China to the USA in a profitable manner, and he is working to acquire and build additional manufacturing companies throughout the United States. He is committed to transferring 100% of the ownership of these new acquisitions to the employees of those businesses in due time.Join us as we delve into Jason's journey and learn more about his commitment to growth, excellence, and giving back to the world around him.#EntrepreneurialJourney#SocialImpactLeader#EmployeeOwnershipMovement
