Do you ever find yourself kinda stuck? Maybe you're stuck with some thoughts you can't seem to shake a story you keep telling yourself? Maybe you are holding on to some ideas or beliefs so tightly that it is difficult for you to see or hear anyone who may have different ideas than you. It is so easy to become fixated on something and not even notice. 
J Steele is a person I gravitate towards when I find myself "stuck". Often guiding me back to curiosity by remaining curious himself. I am pretty excited about how much he shares in this episode because J often asks more questions than he does.  I am not saying that curiosity is always easy...you will hear how I was struggling with staying curious leading up to this conversation.
