Facebook is joined by a host of other well-known businesses like sports clothing and footwear manufacturer, Nike, who are actively considering how they can leverage the unique opportunities the Metaverse has to offer. He’s currently VP of Innovation Foresight at SAP New Ventures & Technologies and has been with SAP for over 3 years. Prior to joining SAP, John Founded Blue Phoenix, a digital market intelligence platform focused on small to mid-cap equity trading ideas (predominantly in the energy and metals sectors). As part of this role, he developed strategic positioning focused on digital transformation for various clients including Toyota, BMW, LO3 Energy, Energy Fuels, Strathmore Minerals, Denbury Resources, Tendril, and Stony Brook University.
