After several years being based in Florida, New York and London, Paris became his home. Nathaniel has been with La Réserve since 2016, and prior to that, he assumed various positions at Le Bristol Paris and Dorchester in London.  Michel Reybier Hospitality was established by Michel Reybier, a French businessman turned hotelier and vineyard owner.
