January is a loaded month, it feels like we need to start fresh and declare new goals and intentions and seemingly overnight morph into a  better version of ourselves. December was a really hard, long, sad month and the pivot into fresh start has been hard BUT we’ve taken time to sit down and really consider what a better, more meaningful life looks like and it’s a series of better and more meaningful days. So here are some of our low-stake intentions for 2023.

Ashley’s Low-Stake Goals:

Two solo outings a month
Read two books a month
Limit candle purchases
Embrace my cringe
Post like it’s 2006
Find a signature lip color
Shut down anything that makes me feel bad - intrusive thoughts, mean messages from strangers, accounts I no longer align with
Make an effort to shop local

Diane’s Low-Stake Goals:

Establish a concrete skincare routine - I bounce around a lot
Walk more outside
Spend more time in “discovery” mode vs. consuming mode
