Description
Redefining your leadership style post-pandemic is crucial for career success. In this episode, we discuss the vital differences between leaders and why some succeed at developing a high-performing culture and others don't.
In the mid-1990s, Gary was introduced to Servant Leadership and the theory and practice of Organisational Learning. These theories are constantly evolving and have spawned Authentic Leadership and Inclusive Leadership. The theoretical foundation of these bodies of knowledge has continued to influence Gary in everything he does. Most importantly, Gary believes in closing the gap between theory and practice, the space in which he has chosen to work. He focuses on leaders because they have the most significant influence on the culture within an organization.
