Parents are primary communication partners for their children, and can play significant roles in acquisition and generalization of communication skills. And it comes as no surprise that since parents are unique communication partners, parent training comes with a unique set of challenges and benefits. In this episode we review literature and discuss the importance of embracing parents as communication partners.
