Description
Let's address the elephant in the room, shall we? I think we've all experienced it in one way or another. Colleague catfighting. It's when one dietitian judges and shames another RD publicly for the way he/she practices. Or questions the validity of her work in book form, written articles, etc. Why do we do this to one another? Today, I’m calling out the bullying and catfighting amongst RD's and encouraging all of us to just GET ALONG! WHAT YOU’LL LEARN IN THIS EPISODE Why it's important to uphold the entire Code of Ethics and not just the parts that benefit you in the moment. What the Code of Ethics states about maintaining professionalism between colleagues and other professionals. What to do when a colleague doesn't have the same beliefs as you in regards to how they practice nutrition, and more importantly, what NOT to do.
