Lexi and Melissa are the co-founders of Alignment Athletics, a health coaching company that helps women reach their physique goals without sacrificing their internal health. Alignment Athletics has a team full of certified personal trainers, well-versed in nutrition coaching, and GI-map certified professionals for all things gut health.
Lexi and Melissa previously competed in bodybuilding, which ultimately resulted in hormonal imbalances, gut dysbiosis, and body dysmorphia, among other things. Before Alignment Athletics, Lexi and Melissa had their own coaching businesses, teaching women the importance of nutrition; how to properly fuel, train, and recover; and emphasizing the importance of mindset work. After living together for a year, the pair decided to merge into Alignment Athletics and create something bigger to help as many women as possible.
