Description
[Comment: Holy Spirit]
Friends of the Rosary:
In today's reading, John narrates the passage of Jesus talking to Nicodemus, one of the most knowledgeable scholars of Judea, an old Pharisee and a member of the Sanhedrin, identified by the Lord as "the teacher of Israel".
Imagine a conversation between the Son of God and a kind of Nobel prize winner and the most qualified Ph.D. professor of that time.
To Nicodemus' amazement, Jesus Christ revealed that we all must be born of the Spirit (John 3:7B-15)
Years later, St. Paul explained to the Corinthians (1 Corinthians 6:19) that we have received the Holy Spirit from God, and it lives in us. We are a living temple of the Holy Spirit. We do not belong to ourselves.
This is a big mystery of the creation. The same way the Spirit drew order from chaos in the beginning, it came into us to leads towards the fullness of life.
Ave Maria!
Jesus, I trust in You!
