Our guest today is Dr. Nicole Tschierske, founder of Into Action Coaching, is a scientist who has turned herself into a career coach, specifically to help women in science and technology get noticed in their companies and grow in their careers. Dr. Tschierske studied food chemistry and holds a Ph.D. in chemistry. When she felt stuck in her career, she hired a career coach.
