She also recently served as editor for Communicating Nutrition: The Authoritative Guide, published in 2020 by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and is a well known speaker with Dietitians in Business and Communications, a dietetic practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The mission of the Dietitians in Business and Communications Dietetic Practice Group is to advance its members as strategic and innovative business and communication leaders, and it does so by providing continuing education, skill building, and networking opportunities.
