It took me from 2009 to 2014 to just say YES to investing in myself; not investing in a coach per se but investing in what the coach has to offer me to scale my business. Then in 2014 to 2017, after I invested, I saw what was possible like, “Whoa! I can do all this?! It's so hella poppin'!” But my message to you, if you're trying to figure out if you're a red, yellow, or green lighter is: Where do you see yourself a year from now, 5 years from now, 10 years from now? And do you want to take 10 goddamn years—  I don't ever want a clinician to take 10 years after they've met me; they may take a year to sign up with me for coaching coz they may be listening to my podcast or showing up to IG live, that's fine, but I created my coaching programs to help shortcut them because I never want someone to make the mistakes that I've made. Take a mindset shift. If you've said the following: “I'd rather be safe than sorry, I'm good, I don't wanna invest in coaching”, well let me ask you, how far has that really gotten you? Because I know for me, it's put a cap on my income, a cap on my schedule, and honestly it's led to burnout! So let me just tell you: SAFE = STUCK. If you don't learn how to take a risk, (because success is really on the other side of risk) you actually won't even know what your full and true capacity is because you're so goddamn scared! So if you don't learn how to take a leap of faith, you're actually not hurting you. You're not hurting your kids, partner, or parents, you're actually hurting all the people in the world that you were designed to impact! [21:04] 


The key difference between growing vs scaling your business is that scaling is achieved by increasing revenue, money, cha-ching, bags, without incurring significant cost and more time in your business. [22:06]
