Description
Episode transcript available here.On today's episode, we are featuring another Peer Wisdom session we recorded over the summer as a part of the Peer Wisdom Talking Walls exhibit. Hart House Podcasters Tony, Ruvimbo, Sabahat and Nermeen host a conversation with students Raluca and Johnathan. The group unpacks the shame and stigma around failure and and reframe it as a space to build a foundation for learning and growth. In a culture that glorifies being busy, these students explore the productivity in taking breaks and prioritizing self-care. They also talk about how to be better at active listening and how healing it can be to spend time with friends. Our intro outro music was composed by Dan Driscoll.
