These topics are very important to me, as I myself struggled mightily with all of the above. In fact, they’re one of the main reasons why I created this show. My goal is to bring awareness to all of the above for Men and try to lead by example. I’m a firm believer in, “it takes one to know one” and I can definitely relate to all that we covered in this episode.
