His show was created to help Real Estate Professionals learn about Real Estate tactics and Branding.  A husband to his beautiful wife, Latoya, and father to his two wonderful daughters Chandler (7) and Kamdyn (3), he has made it his mission to provide a legacy for the next 500 years for his family. Through these experiences, “The Oliver Perry” was born, with the goal of sharing Oliver’s journey and lessons he has learned from his mentors, his mistakes and successes in building a Real Estate portfolio, and a Personal Brand! Oliver has joined the US Army in December of 2005 and is still serving. He got in real estate investing “accidentally” in 2015 after renting out his first primary residence. In 2018 he began wholesaling, while stationed in Fort Knox, Kentucky, successfully completing over 10 deals part-time.
