We see them on automotive websites, in magazines and of course in the occasional YouTube video. But now, thanks to Jeff O'Neil, Founder of the Velocity Invitational at Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca, everyone with a ticket and a love for automobiles, can view these cars up close and in person. But how does an event like this come together, and how on earth does one come to gather some of the rarest and most expensive vehicles in history in one place?
