The pandemic has forced a lot of organizations to shift into remote work. Some people were skeptical about it, but there’s no doubt remote work allowed things to still get done. Microsoft recently did a study on 61,000 of their employees. They found that during the pandemic, employees were still able to get things done and be productive.
