Health and well-being expert, Helen Ginman runs U+I Wellbeing. A first time dog owner, her training journey with Sox, her Boxer dog, didn't start well when she had advice from a trainer who used aversive methods. She quickly felt this was wrong and got amazing results when she switched to positive rewards training. She now has a very special relationship with Sox. Helen talks very openly about her own mental health struggles and the vital part Sox played in getting her through the darkest times. Please note Helen does talks about suicidal feelings.
