We have this force within our finite being that enables life; it's known as the soul. And the soul translates its force into prana as spirit. We breathe that prana in -- we in-spire. That's why the diaphragm is known as the muscle of inspiration. When the outside pressures and uncertainties become ever more grave they become ever more attached to gravity...such as the time we are in right now.
Now is when we must multiply our efforts because not one of us is immune to this pandemic of deep outside pressure with internal uncertainty.
One of the components that we must understand about this greater outside pressure with the inside pressure, is that it's a stimulant. It produces crisis, and crisis is an evolutionary stimulant. So then, when we feel the circumstances of the world right now, at large and around us...we must comprehend the greater picture...the parasympathetic picture is that this is a pause before a new beginning.
