Joe Dennis is a young and super hip Clinical Mental Health Counselor over at Mindful Counseling and an expert in trauma, meditation, teenage therapy and overall just a very interesting and kind human being. We talked about breathing, parenting, shame vs. guilt, how positive affirmations are bunk, how he loves working with older teen/younger dudes going through their "quarter life crisis", finding meaning and purpose in your young life, and a bunch more.
