Montreal played a sloppy game against the New Jersey Devils, but overcame their defensive issues with a 7-4 stomping thanks in part to the combination of Nick Suzuki and Cole Caufield once again. However, it was a full team effort on offence to clinch the game, with some much-needed offence from Joel Armia, Chris Wideman and Christian Dvorak. With Toronto looming on Saturday, can the Habs continue their opportunistic ways?

Diving into the mailbag a listener wants to know if there's a trade market for Cayden Primeau and if they Canadiens should be looking for another goaltending prospect in a deal. Scott disagrees given the progress Primeau has made this year, and that there are two very good prospects in Frederik Dichow and Jakub Dobes also in the pipeline.

What will Martin St. Louis' coaching staff look like next year? A big question facing Kent Hughes and the Habs head coach is what they do behind the bench in the off-season. RDS made it seem as though a change is imminent when the year is over, and that wouldn't be shocking to either host. However, the question then becomes, how will Martin St. Louis build his staff from there?
