Inside today's Locked on Canadiens

The Montreal Canadiens managed to steal at least one point against the Philadelphia Flyers thanks in no small part to Cayden Primeau's heroics in net for the Habs. After scoring two goals on two shots in the first period the Habs seemed to be content to take the rest of the night off as they once again squandered a multi-goal lead. Scott and Laura recap what went right, and what went wrong for the Habs in their shootout loss, and what it means heading into a game against San Jose.

Speaking of the Sharks, they've lost 12 straight games and are currently one of the worst teams in the NHL...There's no way the Habs lose to them right? Scott is worried the Habs are going to trip over themselves in a game that should be a must-win on the schedule. Both hosts also debate what they want out of this game, namely that they both want to see the Habs win, and win in decisive fashion ahead of a tough showdown with the Oilers over the weekend.

Finally, there was a ton of news out of the AHL on Wednesday and Scott does his best to give listeners a full rundown!

Logan Mailloux is an AHL All-Star which is a huge honour for the rookie, both hosts also agree that maybe Joshua Roy and Brandon Gignac who lead the team in scoring also should have been given a nod as well. Also, the Rocket are injured and injured badly as four regular players are set to miss at least two months of game time with various injuries suffered in the last week or so of games. A trade to help bolster the Laval Rocket is no longer really a wish for many people, it's a reality to help keep their dim playoff hopes going.
