Inside today's Locked on Canadiens

The Canadiens bounced back from an ugly loss to Minnesota to pick up a win over the Washington Capitals in overtime on Saturday night. Cole Caufield played the overtime hero while Nick Suzuki had his best showing of the season for the Habs. Scott and Laura take a look at the game, and some good underlying signs that the Habs might be okay this year.

To the surprise of no one, the Montreal Canadiens power play leads the way in this week's down column, the hosts discuss if it's time to shuffle some of the bodies around to find a more creative approach on the man advantage. Scott also has some concerns about the AHL goaltending situation, and how it might sink a promising Rocket season before it even begins. And finally, the injury curse appears to be back in full force, just not at the NHL level...yet.

On the up side, Joshua Roy has taken the AHL by storm, piling up an incredible week on the scoresheet and finding himself alone at the top of the scoring race in the early going of the season. He isn't the only member of the AHL team doing whatever they can to be noticed by the Canadiens staff, but who else will join Roy on the up list this week?
