On Paper, one would think that the Panthers could have their way against New York, but they just could not figure out Ilya Sorokin on the night(saved 42 of 45 shots faced) , with a few missed opportunities on the Power Play. Matthew Tkachuk breaks his goal-scoring drought of 10 games and Carter Verhaeghe scores again on Saturday, but it was not enough as the Panthers dropped their third straight on home ice.
