The guys discuss the pure domination of the Panthers on Monday night against the Ottawa Senators. Where the Panthers started the game scoring on their first three power plays(two by Sam Reinhart, one by Sam Bennett). Monday was a night of frustration where it had a lot of carryover from their matchup last season on April 6th(Panthers win that one 7-2) that led to 167 of total Penalty's In Minutes(PIM) for both teams combined. Tuesday in Toronto on the second end of a back-to-back, the team had a lot of energy with Anthony Stolarz between the pipes. Both goals by Kevin Stenlund for Florida and Noah Gregor of Toronto was not enough for regulation. The stars for both teams were kept at bay on their scoring chances. After an exciting overtime where the Panthers were also on the power play, they did not find the back of the net. The Cats ended up dropping this one in a shootout, with a bit of controversy where Evan Rodrigues looked to have double tapped the puck into the net after Leafs goaltender Joseph Woll made the original save.
