Michael Ruth (he/him), is a global explorer, teacher, health coach, mindset mentor, and BIPOC-focused yoga studio owner. He's a 10-year Navy veteran and comes from a career background in the surgical field, where he specialized in orthopedics and neurospine as a surgical first assistant. His personal yoga practice is specialized in Ancient African and Egyptian methods of yoga that benefit physical health as well as holistic, mental, and spiritual health.
