Donna has worked as a coach and therapist for over 25 years. She was formally head of teaching at the Hoffman Institute UK and she co-created The Bridge retreat. A six-day personal development experience endorsed by the likes of Bryony Gordon, Fearne Cotton and Thandie Newton.
This episode is about healing and facing our past if we want a different future. I deeply believe that this episode has the potential to change lives and save lives - both ours and future generations.
She discusses the two phases of life. The first looking at outside forces, such as appearance, career, money and relationships, which is very “me-focused.” And then, according to Donna, the breaking points which present an opportunity to transition into phase two, which is more a “celebration of life.”
