Wayne Barnes joins us and we get the chance to talk through his early transition from a player to a ref and the journey that took him on in tandem with his full time studying and moving on to become a fully qualified barrister. His experiences in Premiership and European Rugby along with flying the world as an international level ref and the challenges that come with that.
