In Episode 5 of Wind Yer Neck In we welcome the most capped Premiership player of all time, Richard Wigglesworth. Richard and I discuss early life in the Sale academy and a Grand Slam win at under 21 level. How that bridged the gap to senior rugby and after many frustrations, some welcome success with Sale with 2 trophies in 2 years.  His subsequent move in 2010 to Saracens and all of the success that followed tied in with an England career that lasted 10 years and had many ups and downs.
