Today's One Minute Mindset is about noticing the difference between the facts of a situation and the actual story that we tell ourselves about a situation. So I know I've mentioned this before, but there's a huge difference between the actual facts and our thoughts, the facts of what actually is happening or what is happening. Our stories, our interpretations, and the meanings that we give to the actual facts. I'm telling you, you cannot believe everything that you think, sometimes these stories are just made up vanities.
