No more wasting time on activities that hinder growth. ✔️ Empower your staff to use their time wisely. Make sure to align your staff’s hours with dollars. Your team should understand the financing plan from A to Z so you can regularly close in those five- and six-figure gifts. ✔️ Fix your scaling challenges by the root. These are the things keeping you from those unrestricted gifts.
