This episode featured runner is my good friend and running partner, https://www.facebook.com/michelle.wolcott.35 (Dr. Michelle Wolcott), physician and orthopedic surgeon in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Wolcott has been running since 1999 and has completed about 15 marathons. She has performed many successful knee surgeries on runners who have been able to run again and achieved PR's. I consider Dr. Wolcott, my running wife. We spent many, many miles together over 15 years and ran with each other every Saturday.
