Motivation Runday Monday features a runner just like you each week that gives a motivating running message that will get your running week off on the right foot!

As a runner, you CAN inspire other runners with your words.
So how can you become involved? There is a link to record up to a 5-minute message you can do from your laptop, computer, tablet, or even your phone. And if you need more time, go back, click the link again and record up to another 5 minutes. I will receive a .mp3 file and then edit it to make you sound good. And you will be featured on a future episode and be famous amongst your running friends!
