Welcome to episode 220, I thought I would find some things that are useful to you, some tools that you could use. The first solo episode I ever recorded was habits, rituals from all the lessons that I've learned from people that I've interviewed in the first year and a half of the show. I thought it would be helpful to share episode with you now because I think at the current time for me if you can start your day with a routine, finish your day with a routine, you've got two bookends that are two stable solid pillars in your life that you can rely on.
