In today’s episode, I’m sharing a life update (we’re talking wedding planning, baby making, and opening an Airbnb!), tools I’ve used to help me find purpose, and thoughts on the trend of “romanticizing your life.” So you know your sun, moon, and rising, but what about your North Node? The North Node in your birth chart shows you the way to your soul's purpose. This includes the lessons you will learn, the areas of major growth, and the characteristics you're taking on. When we understand our North Node, we can tap into alignment as we move forward on a clearer path towards our purpose. We're also talking about the trend of "romanticizing your life." From the NY Times: Experts say the romanticizing trend may have endured in part because it is a new way of exploring mindfulness — the practice of paying attention to the present moment and becoming aware of your physical sensations, thoughts and emotions in a nonjudgmental way. It also offers a sense of agency, a feeling of control that has been sorely lacking as the pandemic grinds on. I encourage you to make this a forever practice, not just something for this summer!
