Today we are talking about a recent case where a man who called himself “Handcuff Johnny” built and emplaced several pipe bombs at different locations throughout the state of Michigan. We are using this case as an example of how to do two things: 1.) Identify and understand the organization and sophistication level of ANY person, and2.)
