Description

Today we are discussing a case from Illinois where a young man accidentally beat his mother to death with a baseball bat, thinking that she was an intruder. There were a lot of contributing factors to this case that we discuss in the episode and we also spend a great deal of time talking about the fact that he is not serving any jail time for this crime. You can check the links below for some  background information on the case, as well as some links to the other cases that we reference in the episode. Please don’t forget to follow us on social media, you can find the links in the episode details and if you enjoyed the podcasts please tell your friends about it.
