Whether in business or nonprofit, you are considered an entrepreneur. When starting and running an operation, there is a level of risk, regardless of the size or magnitude. In facing these risks, we must take action and what tends to happen is fear sets in and we battle beyond what we need to and give ourselves great reasons and excuses for it. I'd like to transform this natural progression and share a new way to approach fear and stepping outside of our comfort zones, from internal to external.
