For starters, the basics include:
wash your hands with soap and water
quarantine if you're not feeling well -- even if you don't have "typical" COVID-19 symptoms.
social distancing (groups of 10 or less)
use a cleaning solution that is at least 60-70% alcohol
don't travel unless it is absolutely necessary
stay hydrated
get fresh air (it's okay to go outside!)
try to avoid highly processed or sugary foods, as comforting as they may be
find a mindfulness practice that works for YOU (e.g. breathwork, prayer, journaling, meditation)
Dr. Taz also discusses ways to help support your immune system, including using certain herbs and supplements, as well as how to protect your gut health.
